The accommodation in San Sebastián is available from 12:00 p.m. on the prior Sunday to the first day of the course (on Monday) untiI 12:00 p.m. on the Saturday following the last day of class (on Friday). If some students who for any reason (i.e. flight arrival time) need their accommodation to be available before or after the contracted dates have to ask for it.
 The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 3 or more additional days of accommodation in San Sebastián. We cannot guarantee the extra days availability of accommodation due to possible unavailability of such accommodation.

Note: All needed information about the place and the time to pick up the keys will be sent to each student by email (or fax, if required) before their arrival. In case of residence or shared flat accomodation, the students have to contact our San Sebastián central office in order to be informed about the place and the time to pick up their keys. Each student should respect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat administration because if there is any damage to the premises the student must pay for the corresponding amount.
