GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All courses start on monday and run from mondays to fridays.

1) National holidays: Classes are normally not held and schools are closed on national and local holidays.

2) Insurance: Students are not covered for any illnesses, accidents, loss of personal property. QualityCourses recommends a fully comprehensive insurance.

3) Cancellations and refunds:

A) If a student wants to cancel his/her booked Course he/she has to inform us by writing (to the following fax number: +34 933.171.254);

B) There is no refund of the amount paid for the accommodation booked.

C) If the student cancels his/her booked Course from 3 days (Friday) before the booked Course starts, the student will not receive any tipe of refund. QualityCourses cannot be held responsible for cancellations due to force mayor, health or personal reasons.

D) QualityCourses will refund him/her the entire money paid except the entire price for the accommodation and 80 Euros (if the student cancels his/her booked Course until 15 days before the Course starts) or 130 Euros (if the student cancels his/her booked Course between 15 and 4 days (Thursday) before the booked Course starts) on the Course price.

E) In case of a cancellation done by a student enrolled for a minimum of 12 weeks, he/she will not pay any cancellation fee for the Course but he/she will not receive any refund. Infact he/she will receive a BONUS from QualityCourses for the entire amount paid. That Bonus gives the student the right to use that amount to enrol for and attend any of the Courses offered by QualityCourses (for the same number of weeks and for the same or a lower price) within the following 12 months from the date of the Bonus.

4) Programme changes: QualityCourses can change course start dates and programs at any time due to errors, omissions and circumstances beyond our control. However, in cases where the course is rescheduled and the new date is unacceptable to the student, all fees will be refunded.

5) Prices: QualityCourses can change prices due to tax increases, governmental actions or other events beyond our control.

6) Force majeure: QualityCourses is not liable in cases where it is unable to fulfill any services to which they are contractually bound because of labour disputes or other reasons which are beyond our control.
